Current Openings
Journeyperson Electrician
We are seeking experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electricians for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Candidates must have a valid BC Electrical Licence and a strong commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Valid BC Journeyperson Electrician licence (Red Seal preferred)
- Experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Valid driver's licence
Electrical Apprentice
We welcome apprentices at all levels of their training. BC West Electric provides hands-on mentorship alongside experienced journeypersons on real commercial and industrial projects, giving you the hours and exposure you need to advance.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or eligible for BC Electrical Apprenticeship program
- Eagerness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver's licence an asset
Electrical Foreman
Experienced Electrical Foremen are needed to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, scheduling, material coordination, and quality control.
Requirements
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician licence
- Minimum 5 years field experience with supervisory background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with project scheduling and material take-offs
